Organ Health Specialist

We are seeking an Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join our Organ Health sales team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and market development by directly supporting our transplant and nephrology business. Your efforts will focus on cultivating and maintaining key relationships, executing strategic business plans, and driving adoption of both existing and newly launched products. You will also provide clinical insights, educational support, and training on the technical applications of our products.

We have multiple positions open covering different territories across the US.

Key Responsibilities

As an Organ Health Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission and achieving success in the transplant market. Your responsibilities include:

Exceeding performance goals through effective sales strategies and building lasting client relationships. Driving market adoption of Natera’s products, contributing to successful product launches and market expansion. Serving as a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise. Developing and executing tailored local business plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize available resources. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background. Experience: At least 6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in diagnostics, lab-developed tests, or related industries. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with academic medical systems in transplant, nephrology, or specialty medicine. Professional Relationships: Established connections with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in transplant or specialty medicine. Preferred Background: Training or experience in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is highly desirable. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven ability to work with diverse teams and define, implement, and execute strategic plans. Self-motivated, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Results-driven with a competitive mindset and a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals. Strong problem-solving skills, with a resourceful and creative approach to challenges. Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering productive relationships.

The total compensation package includes an annualized, uncapped commission paid out quarterly in addition to the base salary. Additionally, we offer a car allowance.

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
