Job Description

We’re looking for an Organisational Capability Advisor to join our lively People & Culture team and help us create a workplace that’s bursting with energy, engagement, and opportunity. Key Responsibilities Include:

Project manage our employee engagement survey events and initiatives, rallying our people with your knack for getting things done.Oversee various projects, steering data-driven action planning with your sharp insights.Lead the annual performance review cycle, delivering compliance and leader-ready data with precision.Promote and communicate our employee benefits programs, gathering feedback to keep them top tier.Manage internal communications for the People & Culture team, crafting messages that connect and inspire.Handle LMS data distribution, ensuring it’s spot-on and ready to fuel growth.Support face-to-face learning sessions, bringing energy and teamwork to every moment.Assist Talent Acquisition & Management (TAM) with data for succession planning and mobility goals, collaborating to build our future.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

A natural team player with a passion for collaboration.Sharp data analysis skills and a strategic approach to turning metrics into meaningful action.A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (essential).Outstanding communication skills, with the flair to forge strong connections across diverse teams and stakeholders.A driven mindset to influence outcomes, steering projects that boost capability and align with our big-picture goals.Strong knowledge of HR practices, particularly in employee engagement, benefits, and capability building.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.Confidence with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and data visualisation tools to make insights pop.Certifications like CIPD or SHRM (not essential but will catch our eye!).
