The Adoption, Change and Service Management practice is looking for an Organisational Change Management Architect with demonstrable experience in managing and governing strategic change in large public and private sector organisations, coupled with a solid background in Change Leadership and consulting. The Organisational Change Management Architect role requires deep Organizational Change Management knowledge, broad knowledge of change management methodologies and approaches, and the ability to design change solutions that modernize and transform business and end user adoption of online services. Demonstrated ability to engage in business executive discussions related to development of change management, change leadership and change governance and associated cultural transformation models.
