Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our HR Rewards Team in the position of Organisational Design Specialist. 

The purpose of the role is to set up and start running a global Organisational Development procedure, this includes developing and implementing organizational policies, processes, templates and training.

Main Responsibilities: 

Compensation Review and Operations

Design and Implementation: Conduct assessments of current workflows and work with manager to develop and implement organizational design policies & processes that support business objectives.Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure new workflow is being adoptedStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and align organizational design efforts.Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on new processes.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent level in Business Administration, Management Studies, Human Resources or related fieldsProven experience managing policies (including workflows) for regulating organizational changes Experience in managing job description templates and guidelines and overseeing database for managing org charts and tracking changesAnalytical skills, attention to detail and focus on resultsStrong time management, organizational, and planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood Excel skills and competent Office skills
