Are you someone who can:
Build and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including Senior Managers, SME’s, HC Colleague’s and employees.Design and facilitate organisational development & behavioral interventions and solutions.Implement, roll-out and manage organisational diagnostic assessments.Develop, and nurture collaborative relationships with Business, COE&HC colleagues and integrate with CoE/HC/Business services and solutions to deliver value. Consult, advise and provide thought leadership to Line Managers, Human Capital on team dynamics and team & leadership effectiveness solutions.Mange change initiatives, guiding organisations through transitions Lead culture change programmes helping to embed organisational values and drive employee engagement.Source, build and manage partnerships with external experts/providers.You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, psychology or a related field.Studies in organisational development related approaches and methodologies advantageous eg Facilitation training, team coaching / individual coaching , process work,Experience:Minimum of 5 years work experience within organisational development,Individual must have knowledge and proficiency in methodologies, approaches and tools in organisational development and in team effectiveness workSuccessfully designing and facilitating engaging and effective interventions and solutions.You will have access to:
