Organization Design Manager

This role involves analyzing current organizational challenges, recommending improvements, and partnering with leadership to create solutions that enhance performance, agility, and employee experience. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Organizational Analysis and Design** • Analyze existing organizational structures and workflows to identify gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies. • Develop and implement new organization design frameworks that align with business goals and growth strategies. • Create role profiles, reporting structures, spans of control, and job levels to ensure clarity and alignment. **2. Change Management** • Develop change management strategies to support organization design initiatives. • Collaborate with leadership to manage transitions smoothly and address employee concerns. • Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes. **3. Strategic Alignment** • Partner with senior leaders to ensure organizational structures support strategic priorities. • Collaborate across HR, strategy, and operations teams to align workforce planning and talent needs. **4. Stakeholder Management** • Work closely with business leaders, HR, and project managers to define and implement organizational changes. • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational effectiveness and design initiatives. **5. Data Analysis and Insights** • Use data and analytics to drive decisions related to organizational effectiveness and employee productivity. • Create and present recommendations and reports to leadership teams. **6. Process Improvement** • Continuously assess organizational processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency. • Introduce tools, systems, and frameworks that enhance team collaboration and decision-making. **Qualifications and Skills** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in organizational design, HR consulting, or a related field.
