Organization Development and Performance Rewards Design Manager

Job Description Responsible for Designing Sales Incentive Programs (SIP) and Performance Plan Evaluation ( PPE) for consumer sales channel that is aligned with the organization's business needs, goals and strategy. This includes alignment with stakeholders, leaders and employees, communication, governance , implementation till review of SIP and PPE design in order to drive desired employee behavior and business goals and objectives.


Responsible driving to achievement of organization's business goals and strategic objectives via organization reviews which includes people, sytems & processes study to drive improvements via data based recommendations for organization changes and/or employee programs.

Study the Globe Business Strategy , Products and Services  and Consumer Channel Business Operations and Organization in order to Design and effectively implement a Performance and Sales Rewards Plan that aims to drive the right target behaviors and measures in place to deliver business strategy, objectives and goals

Study and design the integration of structure, processes, and people to support the implementation of strategy, and therefore going beyond the traditional tinkering with “lines and boxes.”  The organizational design output should match CMG’s strategic intentions, ensuring that CMG’s structure, processes and people support the most important outcomes and channel the organization’s efforts into achieving them.
