Organizational Change/Human Experience Manager - Hybrid
**Description** **PeaceHealth is seeking an Organizational Change/Human Experience Manager in Vancouver, Washington. This hybrid role requires the incumbent to be on site 3 or more days a week.** Position serves a critical role in supporting PeaceHealth's commitment to ensuring an exceptional place to provide and receive, compassionate, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for leading change management initiatives that in a enhance economic development through the implementation of new technologies. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define objectives, develop strategies, and ensure successful adoption of changes within the organization. The position emphasizes building change management capabilities across the agency and fostering an inclusive work environment. **What you will enjoy:** + Utilizes deep knowledge of change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, and others, and the ability to apply them in practical, real-world scenarios. + Utilizes experience in building and managing relationships with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and other key stakeholders. + Manages and delivers complex transformation initiatives, including defining project scope, managing timelines, and delivering results. + Provides consultative expertise to PeaceHealth leaders, delivering tailored solutions that meet specific business needs. + Assesses current state processes, identifies inefficiencies, and develops improvements that align with business goals that included integrated change management strategies within large-scale technology implementations. + Leads, motivates, and influences cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. + Identifies project risks, analyzes options, and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure the success of the project. + Manages project with a nimble nature to navigate changing priorities and challenges, ensuring and remain focused on achieving key outcomes. + Creates and manages project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources for HX initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline and budget constraints. + Leads and facilitates change management efforts related to HX programs, including communication plans, training, and stakeholder engagement. + Provides oversight of business process design to ensure optimal effectiveness and efficiency. + Performs other duties as assigned. **What you will bring:** + Bachelor's Degree Required: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Change, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Health Sciences, Business, Human Resources or related field + Minimum of 8 years Progressive experience in human resources or equitable relative experience. + Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to present information in meaningful ways to varied audiences. + Knowledge of HR programs, policies, and business processes. + Extensive project management experience, including large scale projects and programs preferred. + Organization Change Management experience preferred. + Process improvement skills preferred. + Organizational Design and Development Certification or Project/Change Management Professional Certification preferred. **Additional skills:** + Demonstrated ability to execute from strategy to plan. + Ability to deliver projects that meet business objectives. + Practices relentless curiosity. + Ability to be simplify large and complex projects. + Capability to build and maintains positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across organization. + Ability to deal with ambiguity and to effectively manage within it. + Demonstrate excellence in creative problem solving. + In support of strategy, self-directed and demonstrated collaborative team skills. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio and Project. **Working Conditions:** + Consistently operates computer and other office equipment. + Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. + Sedentary work. + Predominantly operates in an office environment. + Some time spent on site in medical/hospital setting. + Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. + The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $108,000 – $162,000.
