GovCIO is currently hiring for an entry-level Organizational Change Management Associate to support initiatives related to organizational change management with a focus on communications, stakeholder engagement, and behavioral impact assessments across international projects. This position will be a fully remote within the United States. This position is part-time, on-call, and temporary.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of program/project managers or the client, helps move change management projects toward completion by performing tasks including communications development, stakeholder engagement planning, and behavioral impact assessments. The role involves cross-cultural communications support, data collection and analysis related to human behavior and social systems, and developing and maintaining change management deliverables and documentation.
Receives, screens, logs and routes correspondence across departments and cultures, attaches necessary background information, and maintains follow-up systems for action and deadlines. Using change management and statistical software, this role helps compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, and presentations that support strategic planning and change implementation. The position provides data and insights to others on organizational behavior, employee experience, and systemic change processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Support organizational change management initiatives, including communications, stakeholder engagement plans, and behavioral impact assessments Support decision-making processes for large-scale international projects Communicate effectively across departments and cultures, contributing to smooth business operations Leverage understanding of human behavior, identity, and social systems to support strategic planning and change implementation Apply problem-solving skills to evaluate the success of ongoing change management efforts Support strategic planning through knowledge of cross-cultural human behavior Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate and resolve issues related to organizational change Qualifications

High School with 0 - 3 years (or commensurate experience)

US Citizen

 

Required Skills and Experience

Strong organizational behavior, employee experience, and systemic change Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in fast-paced environments Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills Adaptability and initiative in supporting dynamic teams 

Preferred Skills and Experience

Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, JASP) and familiarity with experimental design Self-starter with strong initiative and teamwork skills Experience in social/organizational psychology Multilingual or experience in international cross-cultural settings Formal education in behavioral science  Company Overview

Posted Pay Range

 

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
