Organizational Change Management Consultant
Position Summary

The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite. The Team - Organization Transformation

A part of Deloitte Consulting LLP, our Organization Transformation professionals work closely with clients around the world to develop effective and efficient people-centered solutions. Our team helps clients define their strategy and align it with their executive business vision using innovative strategic frameworks that enhance service delivery models, set the stage for continuously improving operational excellence, and reimagines the brand.

Are you passionate about helping clients solve complex challenges and supporting them through critical transformations? As a member of our Organization Transformation practice, you will use state-of-the-art tools, technology, and software to advise on and deliver customized strategic change management programs that encompass technology implementations, M&A, business process redesign, culture changes, strategic shifts, or workforce transformations for industry-leading clients.

Work you’ll do

As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will use data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach its strategic objectives. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Apply Deloitte tools and frameworks to support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment.Develop and execute communication plans.Draft job descriptions and profiles that may include job responsibilities and tasks, accountabilities, and competency definitions and matrices.Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.Define activities to support change and transformation initiatives.Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs.Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degreeMinimum two (2) years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role.Minimum two (2) years of experience in change management and/or organizational development.Minimum two (2) years of experience developing and executing communication plans.Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Capital work through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel).Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement and take initiative to identify solutions.Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking.Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,225 to $155,375.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
