What We Need:
About Unified: Unified is a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven advertising technology company functioning as an independent subsidiary under iHeartMedia. As we continue to evolve our proprietary technologies, including the Unified Platform and Salesforce integrations, we recognize the importance of seamless, scalable change management to drive adoption and value for our internal teams and clients.We are seeking a strategic and proactive Organizational Change Management Lead to build and lead Unified’s first enterprise-wide change management function. This newly created role will report to the Operations team and serve as a critical partner to our Product organization. In partnership with the Product Managers focusing on innovation and development, you will lead the effort to manage and scale change.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy across our product suite by ensuring successful rollouts, effective communication, meaningful user feedback, and sustained adoption. This includes changes to our Unified Platform, Salesforce tools, and other proprietary technologies. You'll establish the systems, tools, and governance to enable consistent, enterprise-wide practices, while serving as the central conduit for product releases and feedback loops.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement a scalable change management framework across the organization, with a focus on internal teams.
Develop and lead governance processes for managing change, including tools, documentation, workflows, and stakeholder roles.
Collaborate with the Product team on end-to-end release process for new features once they reach testing stages—from alpha demos to general availability.
Facilitate product demos and feedback sessions with internal and external users, ensuring a seamless transition from Product to Change Management.
Document collateral such as feature user guides, FAQs, best practices, and training materials to support rollouts.
Communicate feature releases and updates across the organization in a clear, engaging, and timely manner.
Gather, vet, and synthesize feedback from early users, delivering actionable insights back to the Product team.
Monitor adoption and usage, develop success metrics, and generate reports and dashboards on tool utilization.
Identify super users and advocates to help champion new features and drive engagement across teams.
Create a continuous feedback loop for post-launch performance and iteration support.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers early in the development lifecycle and work autonomously through the launch and change enablement phases.
Anticipate upcoming product releases by staying aligned with the product roadmap and proactively planning for communication and adoption needs.
What You'll Need:
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, training, or a similar function, ideally within a high-growth, product-led organization.
Proven track record of monitoring, reporting on, and achieving KPIs.
Experience supporting enterprise software adoption and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to create effective, user-centered collateral and documentation that supports learning and adoption.
Proven track record of being a self-starter who can lead initiatives with minimal oversight.
Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation.
Comfortable working in agile and fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, project management platforms, and feedback/analytics tools is a plus.
Demonstrated experience utilizing Agentic AI tools to enhance productivity or decision-making is a strong asset.

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
