About the Role:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Practice Lead will manage the enterprise OCM center of expertise and mature the organization’s change capabilities. This role will require interfacing with key stakeholders and senior leadership across the organization to ensure change readiness, mitigate risk, minimize disruption and enable adoption to achieve desired business outcomes. This role will report to the Head of Enterprise Change Management and will have a team of dedicated OCM professionals reporting to them.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in related field and a proven track record of leading change management initiatives at the executive level, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. They should possess:
Strong analytical skills to understand the impact of changes at different levels of the organizationExcellent communication skills to convey the need for change in a way that promotes buy-in and adoption.Proactive in monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of change managementAbility to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams including HR and Marketing.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.Strategic thinker with the ability to set and implement OCM direction and strategy.Preference will be given to individuals with an accredited Change Management certificationThis is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization and drive meaningful change across the enterprise.
