In this role, you will lead and guide dynamic consulting projects that involve strategic planning, organizational restructuring, ensuring successful implementation of business initiatives and change. You will work collaboratively with senior management at customer organizations, analyzing their businesses and providing innovative recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
As a Organizational Change Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will build strong relationships with customers, conducting interviews and gathering relevant data to gain invaluable insights into their organizations. You will conduct market research, analyzing industry trends and evaluating the market landscape to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. With your keen eye for detail, you will assess the customer's current business operations, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and drive lasting change.
Using your understanding of the customer's unique needs and goals, you will develop comprehensive strategies and action plans that drive transformative results. But the job doesn't end there - you will also monitor the progress of implemented strategies and measure their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that your customers achieve the best possible outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:
Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives.Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery.Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.Identify and address potential resistance to change.Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably technology consultingStrong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solvingEffective communication and presentation skillsAbility to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersFamiliarity with project management methodologiesExperience designing and delivering training programsStrong analytical and organizational skillsRelevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG)Preferred Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Organizational Change Management or related fieldProcess design expertiseExperience with digital communication and training toolsTechnical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.)
