**Job Title: Organizational Change Management Lead** **Job location: Richmond, Virginia** **(Onsite – 100%)** **Job description:** As an integral part of Capgemini Engineering’s Transformation & Strategy Practice, you will be supporting our Global Clients in the end-to-end Business Transformation journeys, focusing on the client/employee experience and ensuring adoption of new ways of working. **Key Responsibilities:** · Lead organizational change management projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and evaluation · Develop and implement change strategies that align with our clients' business goals/needs and drive successful organizational transformation · Focus on working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and rapid adoption of new ways of working · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the transformation process **Required Skills:** · Focus on working 5-10 years’ experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), and proven track of large project delivery · Ability to develop and apply a structured change management methodology and approach · Experience in developing change management strategies and plans, including change impact assessment, stakeholder assessment and stakeholder management, communications management, leadership alignment, resistance management, change readiness, capability transfer, sponsorship alignment, training management, change adoption measures · Partner with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans · Experience in Business Transformation and Transition Management · The drive to succeed and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex challenges · Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel) · Experience working in a regulated environment such as: Consumer Packaged Goods CPG, Life Sciences, Pharma, Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense Industry. **Desired Skills:** · Change management certifications (CCMP, PROSCI), Association of Change Management Professionals · Knowledge of ADKAR Methodology **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
