Organizational Change Management Senior Analyst

Kearney & Company is hiring a Senior Analyst to provide consulting services for a financial system implementation project. The successful candidate will possess demonstrated critical thinking skills, strong customer service capabilities, and the ability to communicate to all levels of an organization using multiple media. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Provide hands-on functional consulting services and support to the project team. • Understand and represent the customer’s needs in day-to-day tasks and project working groups • Develop, update, manage, and execute strategies for organizational change management including for stakeholder management, communications, and training • Engage with and/or lead discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and stakeholders • Stand up and manage a change champion network with stakeholders to promote stakeholder engagement and adoption of the financial system implementation • Develop communications and conduct briefing sessions tailored for various levels of the organization (e.g., end user, SME, executive management) • Design, implement, and monitor communication and stakeholder engagement such as evaluating the reach, efficiency, and effectiveness of channels, communications, and engagement activities in achieving target objectives • Understand and analyze customer needs and make appropriate recommendations for tailoring messages, communication methods to use, and timing of messages by target audience • Support business process reengineering activities, as needed • Assist with developing and, when required, facilitating training strategies and plans • Assist in ad hoc project administration support when required (e.g., monitor organizational mailbox and route emails as necessary) and update and maintain project SharePoint site Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of related experience • Demonstrated ability to think critically to effectively deliver solutions within a complex organization and to multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities and awareness of financial system implementation • Demonstrated ability to develop professional quality content using multiple media and executive-level briefings • Demonstrated ability to develop innovate solutions and strategies for engaging with stakeholders and promoting change management • Experience working within a cross-functional team and collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively independently and in a remote team setting • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship) Preferred Qualifications • Federal consulting experience centered around financial systems, financial management, organizational change management, and/or stakeholder engagement • Knowledge of and/or experience with financial systems/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or system implementations • Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of a federal financial workforce • Five or more years of experience performing federal organizational change management tasks as described above • Change management experience supporting at least one federal financial system implementation • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner Certification • Technical editing experience #LI-MA1 Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
