This candidate will leverage experience and proven methodologies to design and lead change management strategy and plans to enable the people side of change, minimizing project risk and maximizing project success. This candidate will be the Change Management lead for a large healthcare company and work collaboratively as part of a large project team.
Your future duties and responsibilities:Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to leading the:
Adherence to a portfolio governance framework and Change Management standards.
• Identification, analysis and engagement of stakeholders and sponsors
• Readiness Assessment
• Formulation of a change network
• Design and construction of training materials
• Design and execution of communication and marketing plans
• Plans to identify and mitigate resistance and other people risks
• Design and construction of templates
• Definition and launching measurements systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes
As change management becomes more complex and cross-functional, the skills effective change managers need to possess are growing. This includes a mix of technical and soft skills such as:
• Good understanding of change management principles, methodologies, techniques & tools.
• Experience working as a Change Lead on both Business and Technical Projects

Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's degree, MBA or master's degree preferred
CCMP and/or Prosci ADKAR certification preferred
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required
More than 4 years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment (a blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable)
o This experience must include leading change management activities, executing communications strategies, and leading workstreams.
Has experience working with recognized Change Management framework, such as Prosci ADKAR.
o More than 4 years providing change management in support of large transformational programs.
o Remain current on trends within emerging technology, best practices and policies, using a base of experience to advise clients on how change management strategies work to keep in line with the rapidly changing technology
Hybrid in Canton, MA for 2 days a week.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $119,500-$230,100.
