Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. w2
**Responsibilities:**
+ Design, implement, maintain and update standards, processes and tools
+ Develop and ensure organizational adherence to all Change Management standards and process.
+ Manage the process to meet department objectives and ensure the process is performed as designed.
+ Ensure that compliance with Change Standards is effectively communicated to all BPMO and Project associates.
+ Lead and manage the entire Change Management Lifecycle.
+ Ensure that all changes are recorded, reviewed, assessed and evaluated, authorized, coordinated, tested, and closed.
+ Create reporting metrics and communicate appropriately.
**Experience Requirements:**
+ Proven experience in leading and managing change initiatives within an organization, with a track record of successful implementation and adoption.
+ Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to apply them effectively in diverse business environments.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging and influencing employees at all levels to drive change and achieve desired outcomes.
**Education Requirements:**
+ Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a Project Management, Business Analyst and/or Change Management Role.
+ High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a Project Management, Business Analyst and/or Change Management Role.
_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
