Organizational Change Manager - E2E Support Framework (Temporary)

As a member of the Enterprise Capabilities business line, you will report into the OCM Chapter Lead and have many opportunities to contribute to the business development while providing project and transformation services and solutions to partners across Roche. You will join the ASPIRE program, which is deploying a digital backbone (fueled by SAP S4/HANA and solutions) to Roche. As part of the ASPIRE End-To-End Support Framework (E2E SF) team, you will ensure globally consistent IT and Business support for requests and new product releases. 

This is a temporary position with a duration of 12 months

Responsibilities:

We seek an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) Wave/ Deployment Manager to drive readiness and adoption for the LATAM region as a multi-year assignment, starting with a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025.  In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on support of OCM activities across the APAC region, including onboarding and mobilization of the support teams, deployment readiness for new affiliates/sites, and continuous readiness and engagement of the regional support teams during the Business as Usual (BAU) phase. You will collaborate with partner teams in GCX, RSS Operations, etc.

Apply structured OCM methodologies (Prosci, Change First, etc.) to lead support teams successfully through the change journey in a data-driven manner

Align vision, values, and culture through targeted change efforts, sponsor commitment, leadership alignment, and stakeholder engagement

Accountable for the successful delivery of APAC Wave OCM activities/OCM execution aligned  with OCM deployment framework/E2E SF roadmaps

Support localization of Wave OCM approach, plan, and timeline within guardrails

Collaborate with other Wave OCM individuals/teams for knowledge sharing and consistency

Own and drive the implementation of OCM plans, build an active change agent network, and work with project teams to identify and align success criteria, metrics, and  KPIs for data-driven change within E2E SF and collaborate with its partners (Customer Success Management, GCX, or RSS Operations, etc).

 

Who You Are:  

Academic background in social & behavioral sciences is preferred: (organizational) psychology, anthropology, sociology, cognitive & behavioral neuroscience, adult learning, marketing, communications, business or related field.

3-5 years experience related to OCM in ERP/SAP implementation projects or transformations in support organizations

Proven track record in developing OCM Wave delivery

Excellent at sensing organizational dynamics and trends

Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance relationships

Builds rapport quickly with internal and external partners

Bases tactics on data and is adopter-led

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Well organized, copes well under pressure, proactive, and goal-focused

Transparent, open, and sensitive to people’s needs

Collaborative, team-oriented with a focus on client service

Great listener, maintains credibility, and gains trust

Creative, delivers practical solutions, and offers well-researched ideas
