Skills and Requirements Must Haves: Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required. 5+ years of experience change manager, management consultant, or similar role. Experience working at a bank or financial institution, preferably supporting a risk line of business. Strong skills in presentation creation and design. Familiar with organizational design, process optimization, and gap analysis. Skills: Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage ones time Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business operations that span multiple stakeholder groups.
