Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Change Manager to join one of our financial services clients. This individual will assist in understanding and documenting current state operations and roles and responsibilities and providing recommendations on an optimal target state that balances enterprise requirements and efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in interviews to gather insight into current state operations
Analyze current state business operations against enterprise requirements and identify gaps or areas for improvement
Develop executive level presentations with practical recommendations for closing gaps that balance enterprise requirements with business goals and outcomes
Assist in the development of communication and changes plans

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
5+ years of experience change manager, management consultant, or similar role.
Experience working at a bank or financial institution, preferably supporting a risk line of business.
Strong skills in presentation creation and design.
Familiar with organizational design, process optimization, and gap analysis.
Skills:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage ones time
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business operations that span multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with varying levels of seniority
Ability to work in a fast paced, client facing environment and adapt to changing business needs
Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint null
