**Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Riyadh Industrial Area)**
**Main Purpose of Job**
To enhance organizational effectiveness & Design, implement of Total Rewards Policies & strategies throughout the Market in order to ensure that this will generate a competitive advantage for the business in attracting, retaining, and motivating our talent accordingly and fostering a high performance culture. Make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential & Lead the performance management process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Total Rewards: Design the local Total Rewards Strategy to be implemented across the company, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational objectives.
+ Enhancing Total Reward Capabilities: Enhance Total Reward capabilities in the market through functional leadership in compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and attractive rewards packages for employees.
+ Job Analysis and Evaluation: Ensure effective application of job analysis and job evaluation processes and methodologies to accurately determine job roles, responsibilities, and appropriate compensation levels.
+ Cost Tracking and Control: Support the market in effectively tracking the costs of Total Rewards per employee, ensuring budget compliance and cost control measures are in place.
+ Benchmarking and Pay Structures: Conduct a benchmarking study to compare the company's pay structures with industry competitors, and design competitive pay structures to attract and retain top talent.
+ Organizational Development: Assessing the organization, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency.
+ Talent Development: Designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
+ Employee Engagement: Designing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a positive work environment.
**Key Experiences & Requirements** **:**
+ 3 - 5 years experience in Human Resources field.
+ Experience in Compensation & Benefits field.
+ Experience in OD.
+ Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting.
+ Project Management Experience.
+ Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating mastery in advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis.
