Organizational Development Assistant/Specialist

1. Employee Engagement 

1.1 Assist in the conceptualization and implementation of Employee Engagement programs or activities.

1.2 Conduct research and benchmarking with competitors and other companies on best practices in Employee Engagement.

2. HR Business Process Improvement and Automations 

2.1 Conduct HR process reviews and propose improvements that will increase the department's effectiveness and efficiency. Assist in the implementation of proposed improvements.

2.2 Assist in the digitization and automation projects of HR.

2.3 Monitor HR's business process compliance and resolution

2.4 Conduct research and benchmarking on automation, digitization, and other HR innovations. 

3. Administrative

3.1 Prepare, route, and liquidate Cash Advance for funding of all Organizational Development and Quality-related meetings, programs, and projects.

3.2 Assist in scheduling/setting up meetings and related logistical preparations and admin tasks including sending of invites, reserving a room, ordering of food, taking minutes.

3.3 Properly file documents and records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BS Psychology, AB Behavioral Science, or BS Industrial Engineering  With at least 1 year of relevant experience
