Organizational Development Manager

Job Summary:

Organizational Development Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, management and implementation of programs that facilitates the professional development and continuous learning of team members, particularly executives and emerging leaders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manages Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes aimed towards achievement of Department and Corporate objectives on People Development. Assesses OD needs of all department of DMCI Homes and its subsidiaries. Leads the design, development, implementation and evaluation of programs, policies and strategies towards OD and People Development. Assists with the provision of expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers regarding OD methods and tools. Manages the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders. Spearheads the implementation of Quality and Employee Engagement programs of the Company.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Superior verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to evaluate and research OD and People Development interventions and alternatives. Ability to design and implement effective training and development. Excellent leadership skills.

Education and Experience:

Master's degree in organizational development/organizational behavior is an advantage. At least five years of experience working in organizational development for operations in a large organizational and/or functional business unit.
