POSITION SUMMARY
The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and performance excellence across the organization. This role involves analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and supporting the organization in achieving its strategic goals.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Process Improvement:
o Evaluate and analyze existing organizational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
o Monitor the effectiveness of improvements and adjust as needed.
2. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
o Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational objectives.
o Collaborate with teams to establish data-driven decision-making practices.
3. Employee Engagement and Retention:
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
o Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey data to identify areas for improvement.
4. Change Management:
o Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
o Develop communication strategies to promote understanding and buy-in among stakeholders.
5. Training and Development:
o Conduct workshops and training sessions on process improvement, organizational excellence methodologies, & leadership development
o Provide coaching and mentorship to teams on best practices for continuous improvement.
6. Strategic Alignment:
o Partner with leadership to align improvement efforts with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
o Identify trends and challenges that impact organizational performance and recommend actionable solutions.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
o Act as a liaison between departments to promote a unified approach to organizational excellence.
