As Organizational Effectiveness Consultant you:
Work assignment-based for senior business owners based on thorough intakes. Focus on result-based delivery to positively impacting organisational effectiveness (e.g., more productivity, higher quality, faster delivery and/or better strategic decisions).Focus on operating model assignments (e.g., blueprint target organisation and governance, team taxonomy, composition & roles, how to best organise for flow in value chains) or delivery performance assignments (e.g., impact assessments, advice on performance-based steering)Effective org design consultancyValue chain assessments & creating product oriented structures for effective flow Change management – driving org change, making sure it is effectively implemented Span and layers analysis and implementationsSupport capability hub maturityOwn, develop and improve reference models, frameworks, tools and document templates related to operating model (design to implement)Deliver advice to support decision making and enable execution – highlighting the qualitative and quantitative impact of different scenariosWork closely together with the colleagues from other expert teams to ensure delivery on commitmentsBring an outside-in perspective on development of craftsmanship and methodology and stay up to date with key trends and developments relevant to our industryDelivering market research and analysis on requested subjectsProviding frameworks, initiating and coordinating cross functional research efforts Horizon scanning, understanding and tracking trends in a requested area
