We are now seeking for a new role
Director, Organizational Effectiveness
to join our global functions People & Communications (P&C) team.
This is an exciting opportunity to pioneer new work, with the purpose of the role being to build, lead and develop a leading-edge Organizational Effectiveness capability with KONE-wide scope, including governance of the enterprise organizational portfolio.
You will work in close collaboration with business leaders across the enterprise and with People & Communications partners. You demonstrate the KONE values in all your work. You will report to the Senior Vice President, P&C Global Functions & Organizational Effectiveness.
The preferred location of the position is Espoo, which is located in the capital area around Helsinki, Finland.
Responsibilities and key activities:
Build, lead and develop the full-chain Organizational Effectiveness capability for KONE
Establish, govern and drive the KONE-wide organizational change portfolio
Act as a credible partner and trusted adviser to the most senior leaders
Develop organizational health assessment and organizational modelling practices.
Requirements for the role:
Degree in Strategy, Business Administration or related fields, or demonstrable, verifiable equivalent experience
8+ years of demonstrated and concrete experience in organizational effectiveness and/or full-chain business transformation
Management consulting experience with a top consultancy or with in-house consultancy at a large-scale global company
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience being a credible business partner to the most senior leaders
Strong project, program, portfolio and change management skills
Experience working in global matrix organizations
Learner mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into easy-to-understand messages
Ability to quickly understand new information and environments and connect the dots
Exceptional listening skills
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and deliver with quality and speed
Full English professional proficiency.
Considered as an advantage:
Demonstrable experience in M&A
Senior experience in strategy development and/or process excellence
Lean SixSigma certification
Executive coaching experience.
