Aspirus Corporate Office in Wausau, WI is seeking an ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST to join our team!
The Organizational Learning & Development Specialist supports the Aspirus system in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of employee training, and education, specifically as it relates to leadership skills. Responsible for partnering with management and HR leaders in executing a consistent and systemic approach to employee development in preparing future leaders of the organization as well as identifying developmental opportunities and further honing skills of current leaders.
HOURS: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks
Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, Business, or related field.Five years’ experience facilitating/developing training.Experience in project management and implementing programs across a wide employee base and multiple locationsFive years’ experience in a Human Resources related field (e.g., recruiting, compliance, employee relations).Experience in administering leadership and/or personality assessments.Knowledge of: compliance and employment law; adult learning techniques, training practices, and principles; various training and audio-visual equipment; blended learning techniques-computer based learning, instructor led, webinar, etc.; continuous improvement tools.Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage resources to optimize-equipment, facilities, people and materials.Problem solving and effective decision making skills with a customer need/focus.Effective time management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Ability to facilitate training across multiple subjects with credibility.Ability to think quickly and alter the course of training to meet identified need or opportunity.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
