Travel: ≥ 15%
Hourly Range: $32.00 to $39.00*

Position Overview:
The Organizational Learning Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that enhance employee skills, foster professional growth, and align with the organization's strategic objectives with the support of learning leadership members. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, develop tailored content, and implement effective learning solutions. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator, skilled in adult learning principles, and passionate about driving organizational success through employee development.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Training Design and Delivery
+ Assist in the develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs on topics such as leadership, technical skills, compliance, and professional development.
+ Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions using a variety of interactive methods to enhance participant engagement and retention.
+ Customize training materials to address specific departmental needs and organizational goals.
Needs Assessment and Program Development
+ Conduct training needs analyses by consulting with department leaders, HR, and employees to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
+ Design and update training programs based on feedback, organizational changes, and evolving industry standards.
+ Develop measurable learning objectives and align content with business priorities.
Program Evaluation
+ Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
+ Analyze training outcomes to recommend improvements or redesigns to ensure learning objectives are met.
+ Maintain and update training content to reflect best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
Collaboration and Communication
+ Partner with department heads and People Operations to align training initiatives with talent management strategies.
+ Act as a resource for employees seeking guidance on career development and learning opportunities.
+ Communicate training schedules, objectives, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
Administration and Reporting
+ Manage training schedules, participant attendance, and certification tracking using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
+ Create and maintain detailed records of training activities, program evaluations, and employee progress.
+ Prepare reports and presentations on training impact and ROI for leadership teams.
Required Skills/Abilities:
+ Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
+ Proficiency with training tools and platforms, including LMS (Workday Learning background is a plus), virtual meeting software (Zoom), and content creation tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Microsoft Suite and Google Suite Applications).
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements for training programs.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree. 4+ years of equivalent combination of applicable education, training, certification, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
+ Two years of experience in training delivering and facilitation, instructional design, or organizational development
+ Experience facilitating training in a corporate or organizational setting is required
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
+ Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and potential roadblocks.
