About the Role
The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) are recruiting an Organizational Management Analyst to work as part of the EMEA and LATAM Organizational Management team, on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The team are responsible for governing the organizational architecture and infrastructure for TWDC. You’ll be responsible for headcount administration, validating position details and managing the intricacies of core HR data impacts on interfacing systems and processes. You’ll also focus on data analysis for data integrity and supporting the EMEA and LATAM regions in global projects.
What You Will Do:
Evaluate and administer organizational related changes in Workday and SAP.
Partnering with relevant Workforce Planning and Contingent Workforce teams to support headcount creation and maintenance processes.
Engage with key global contacts on regional Organizational Management issues and questions.
Support EMEA and LATAM Organizational Management projects.
Produce reports and complete data analysis to ensure data integrity in HR systems.
Provide excellent customer service and build global client partnerships.
Maintain the Org Management SharePoint and internal team documentation.
Develop client business process guidance and communicate end user training.
Support the mass update of Org structure and position data.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide Org Management related technical support to end users.
Support the development of system and process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Solid Human Resources or Analyst experience.
Experience using Workday, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint is desirable.
Familiarity with Headcount and Position management.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
Familiarity with managing and supporting projects from beginning through completion.
Experience handling confidential information.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Experience demonstrating good customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, operate under general direction and perform duties with broad latitude for judgment.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take complex topics and communicate them in a clear, easy to understand manner at all levels of the organization.
Strong organization skills and time management skills, with an ability to balance and respond to competing priorities.
Experience driving consistent results.
Ability to champion change and share creative, new ideas.
