The role you’ll contribute:

Collaborates with physicians to facilitate ongoing technical and clinical enhancement of the program. Determine and implement measures that allow caregivers to assess their practice patterns relative to clinical, financial, satisfaction, and quality of life outcomes. Identify best practices and facilitate the redefinition of practice patterns to improve quality and reduce cost.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Serves as liaison and resource among physicians, associates, patients and family members.

Responsible for developing materials and providing patient education.

Responsible for development of printed media for use by patients and for internal and external communication related to the program.

Assists and coordinates development of publications related to the program (newsletters, professional journals) and for presentations for professional conferences.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree.
