Orthopedic Robotic Account Executive Mako (Bogotá, Colombia)

What you will do

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.

Provide clinical and technical expertise during surgical procedures to ensure optimal usage of the Mako robotic system.

Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of the Mako robotic system.

Organize workshops, training sessions, and events to educate and engage key HCPs.

Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop strategic sales initiatives.

Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, track customer interactions, and report sales performance.

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, including FCPA and Stryker’s Code of Business Conduct.

What you need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, or a related technical/administrative field of study.

Experience in sales of high-cost products within the medical devices industry.

Advanced English.

Preferred:

Experience in Orthopedics.

Travel Percentage: 60%
