We are proud to offer you our total rewards package which includes bonuses, healthcare, insurance benefits, retirement programs, wellness programs, as well as service and performance awards – not to mention various social and recreational activities, all of which are location specific. **What you will do** + Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments. + Provide clinical and technical expertise during surgical procedures to ensure optimal usage of the Mako robotic system. + Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of the Mako robotic system. + Organize workshops, training sessions, and events to educate and engage key HCPs. + Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop strategic sales initiatives. + Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, track customer interactions, and report sales performance. + Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, including FCPA and Stryker’s Code of Business Conduct. **What you need** Required: + Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, or a related technical/administrative field of study. + Experience in sales of high-cost products within the medical devices industry. + Advanced English.
