The Orthopedic Technician is a specifically trained allied health individual in the field of orthopedic medicine. Qualifications: Orthopedic Technician: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED Certified Orthopedic Technician: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Experience: Minimum 2 years as orthopedic technician, unless certified as an OTC by the National Board of Certification of Orthopedic Technologists. Previous physician office experience.
