A Oscar's Cafe & Terrace Supervisor with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will actively guide the outlet team by providing assistance and supervision to the Outlet Manager to ensure an efficient, organized and smooth running of the floor operations where guests will receive an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Oscar's Cafe & Terrace Supervisor, you will direct and coordinate the floor operations and provide assistance to the team, to ensure all hotel service standards are met and implemented consistently, leading to excellent guest experience. Specifically, the Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: 

\n\nSupervise a team of Team Member/Junior Captains/ Captain and Casual workers to provide a consistent and efficient delivery of excellent service to all guests \nProvide and maintain a high guest service focus, being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and request through full implementation of standards, attention to details and personal attention\nCreate a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both guests and the team\nAble to work in all areas of the respective outlet / restaurant of Food and Beverage\nEnsure proper cashiering procedures are being performed\nMake recommendations on menu items and up-sell with latest departmental incentives\nResponsible for scheduling of rosters\nEnsure compliance of brand standards\nStrive to achieve departmental targets\nEnsure cleanliness of work areas\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships - Carry out any other duties as and when required by the superiors.\nAble to mobiles to other department within Food & Beverages Division.\n

\n\nPossess prior Food & Beverage experience in a supervisory role\nExperience in supervising a large team \nGood communication skills\nFlexible and responds quickly and positively to changing requirement\nPossess strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader\nKnowledge of Food Hygiene Regulation\n Able to mobiles to other department within Food & Beverages Division\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by the management\n\n
