Job description

Infosys is seeking an OSS Java Full Stack Enterprise Architect. In this role, you will work on defining and delivering next generation digital transformation initiatives for leading global organizations worldwide. You will be part of a highly elite global team of passionate technology leaders and chief architects who are ahead of the curve in identifying technology trends, disruptors and applying them to innovate and solve wicked problems.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bridgewater, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 14 years of Information Technology experience
Expertise in Digital Architecture
Knowledge with full SDLC lifecycle
OSS java experience is mandatory
Expertise with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:Strong telecom domain knowledge in wireline & wireless OSS systemsBroad expertise in fulfilment, assurance, network planning and deep expertise in one of the sub domainsExperience in Application Architecture & Design of ApplicationsStrategy: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organization’s & client's vision, mission, and long-term goalsStakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, including client technology partners and business executives to define roadmaps; ability to whiteboard and present solutions to C-level stakeholdersInnovation & business developmentScans for major disruptive technology trends that affect business. Contextualizes technology trends and identifies opportunities for implementation to deliver business outcomes Familiarity with GenAI and provide innovative solutions for GenAI in SDLC as well as GenAI for Optimizing Operations, Innovative Telco domain oriented GenAI solutionsArchitecture Leadership & GovernanceDefine and maintain the future state IT architecture, considering cloud native, on-premises, and hybrid solutions.Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.Determine and maintain technology standards and patterns which are clear and consumable by technical teamsConduct reviews with teams on critical programsLeverages frameworks from TOGAF or equivalent standards to effectively communicate and implement architecture strategiesOther skills: Awareness of latest technologies and trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateGood verbal and written communication skillsExperience in leading a team of senior architects Flexibility to travel
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
