Job Description

Cook 2 pays $19.00/hour

The position is to ensure all prep items are prepared and stored to specifications.

Responsibilities Control quality and consistency of all food servedEnsure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to serviceEnsure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basisSupport lead cook and supervisorHelp to train new employeesRequired to learn all menu items produced by assigned station  Qualifications 1-3 years of restaurant/hotel culinary experience Fluent in food safety and health department guidelinesMust be able to stand for 8+ hours per dayFlexible Scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidaysMust have an unexpired Food Handlers’ certification
