**OT Systems Administrator**
When you join our team as a **OT Systems Administrator** , you will be an essential member
of the Operational Technology Integration Team. Responsible for the setup, maintenance,
patching, monitoring, and security of OT equipment and related technologies. As
an OT Systems Administrator, you will be working with both IT and OT, and you
will be engaged in promoting the IT/OT Convergence model between Information
Technology, Operational Technology and mill operations. Your role will involve
supporting IT/OT infrastructure and systems in OT environments and support
critical operations including cybersecurity resilience.
Please note this role can be based out of South Carolina, Georgia, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Washington or Oregon near any of our operations.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Actively engaged with OT network infrastructure audits for all the Interfor sites
+ Take part in projects for OT networks and hardware installation
+ Proactively troubleshoot and solve OT systems issues
+ OT Server and workstation backup monitoring activities, escalating incidents as necessary.
+ OT Server support, deployment and restarts
+ RMM system management and support
+ Setup and manage virtual environments
+ Work with and through other IT teams to ensure that the company cyber security policies are set and maintained
+ Process compute, storage, backup, and DR infrastructure
+ Assist with OT Hardware Configuration
+ Backup management - Conduct daily monitoring activities, escalating incidents as necessary.
+ Remote access support and management
+ The OT System Administrator ensures operation employees have secure and efficient computer systems to fulfill their daily job.
+ Team up with networking and IT business units, operations personnel, and others to deploy and maintain OT discovery solutions across various locations.
+ Collaborate enforcing security policies and procedures for OT systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and protocols.
+ Monitor data-center health using existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers when needed.
+ Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
+ Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
+ Document the architecture and integration of OT platforms with other systems and vendors, focusing on networking infrastructure and protocols.
**What You Offer**
+ Knowledge of Operations environments and systems are preferred but not required.
+ Knowledge of managing RMM and Remote Access systems.
+ Experience with management of Microsoft Windows environments, both workstations and servers.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in server administration and virtual environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix).
+ Skills in managing process compute, storage, backup, and disaster recovery infrastructure.
+ High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
+ Strong problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
+ Ability and self-motivation to work independently on tasks and projects assigned to you.
+ Ability to effectively and courteously communicate information and clarify requirements.
+ Abilityto communicate effectively with peers and other departments.
+ Takepersonal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
+ Working with the different IT teamsand Mill operations to complete tasks.
+ Familiarity with backup and DRtechnologies like Veeam, Rubrik, NetBackup, Dell EMC, AWS Backup, andAzure Site Recovery.
