Your New Role…
Responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight, and escalations of Order to Cash (OTC) activities within shared services for multiple territories in EMEA.
Primary customer account owner for assigned licensees and territories and retained credit management, collections, account reviews, reconciliation, disputes, and compliance. Work closely with Global Business Services (GBS), controllership and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)  organization to ensure global standards and improvements.

 

Your Role Accountabilities…

Assist the overall health of the Accounts Receivable and Cash balances, including follow up on overdue invoices ensuring cash is collected in a timely manner and customer accounts are being reconciled

Lead weekly/ad-hoc calls with BPO. Support BPO with account reconciliations and escalate unresolved disputes.

Monitor BPO in all collection, invoicing, and reporting activities under their scope, review and provide feedback and improvements on the desktop procedure

Review invoice aging reports and other relevant reports

Contributes to the overall cash flow forecasting process, assisting with cash flow timing information

Release sales orders and validate pricing when required

Approve credit limits. Yearly credit limit review

Approve Credit notes in SAP

 

Qualifications & Experience…

BA/BS and equivalent work experience 2-3 years in Accounts Receivables field required

Experience with invoice collections and dispute management required.

Advance Excel skills required and ability to learn /utilize various systems and applications

Proactive, detail-oriented, exceptional organizational skills

Experience in conducting/leading meetings with customers and internal stakeholders. Take ownership in planning and actions

Working experience in a large international company

Must be self-motivated and able to work under a deadline and handle multiple tasks

Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written English language skills, Italian language can be an asset

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
