We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team at Teva. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our OTC portfolio, with a primary focus on the renowned Sudocrem brand. This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to drive the sales and promotion of Sudocrem in the Irish market, in close collaboration with our nominated distributor. This is an exciting chance to join a dynamic marketing team in a rapidly growing area, with the potential to gain experience across multiple channels and domains. **A Day in the Life of our Marketing Associate** + Primary focused on the Sudocrem brand to deliver on the “Beyond baby” ambitions. + Support marketing & product management colleagues to deliver key activities within the brand plans for OTC products. + Provide Teva oversight and direction on appropriate JBP’s with Multiples. + Work with external agencies to develop OTC promotional assets and ATL digital/media campaigns. + Provide collateral for sales & marketing activities to drive brand promotions in Pharmacy and within the Grocery Channel. + Assist in launch planning activities for generic launches. + Analyse marketing data and provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive sales growth + Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies + Work on European cross functional projects with diverse and multifunctional teams **Who we are looking for** **Are you….** + Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or related field **Do you have….** + 1-3 years relevant experience in a similar/marketing role? + FMCG or OTC marketing experience would be a strong advantage? + Team collaboration experience with the ability to work cross functionally? + A digital marketing skillset? + Critical thinking and excellent communication skills? + Ability to take initiative where appropriate? + Experience/Desire to take ownership and drive projects within Teva? + Experience in using digital marketing tools to promote products and engage with customers? **Already Working @TEVA?** If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
