Then come to our \"Insanely Customer Centric\" Team and become a Certified International Specialist!\n\nYOUR TASKS\n\n\nRole purpose: Manage the OTC team effectively, including Credit Collection and Control, Query Handling and Billing Functions, in order to provide quality service to our customers while achieving timely customer payment in line with company targets.
\nProvide professional billing, query management, credit control, and debt collection services whilst maintaining good customer relations:
- Ensure timely and error-free issuing of invoices.
- Ensure timely follow-up of customers’ accounts and prompt payment of outstanding balances.
- Ensure Customer Queries are handled with speed and accuracy.
- Ensure we handle customer calls in line with agreed GOS and ACR targets.
- Regular customer visits to maintain good relationships\nOversee credit management to ensure timely debt collection and to manage DSO in line with Global / Regional standards as per Network Finance Manual calculation.\nPlan, organize, and direct an efficient/effective Query Handling Section to ensure that all queries are satisfactorily resolved within the agreed target time frame and standard.\nEnsure the finance processes comply with global/regional standards and, where there are deviations, these are adequately substantiated.\nSafeguard the integrity of the billing process to ensure complete capture of revenue.\nManage and ensure all receipts are handled on time & accurately so as to meet regional targets.\nWork with the regional office to roll out global/regional programs.
\nDevelop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility, and cost consciousness.\nIdentify training needs and career development opportunities to motivate and drive a high-performance team.\nDevelop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
