IQVIA, in partnership with a top consumer healthcare company, is looking for a strong Player Coach-Project Lead with a track record of success to join our team!
This individual will lead a team of sales representatives who will promote a products to healthcare providers and educate all key physicians about the product’s features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. This individual will also function as a player/coach to ensure team coverage is maintained and goals are met.
Player/Coach ResponsibilitiesWill perform same job responsibilities as a Sales RepresentativeRecruit, interview and select Sales RepresentativesHandle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline and termination of Sales RepresentativesGenerate sales in line with project goals as set by Client and agreed upon by IQVIAAct as the primary link between the Client and IQVIA for all operational and human resources/personnel needs relating to the Sales ForceProvide monthly reports to the ClientMake regular field visits: to develop and motivate Sales Representatives for attainment of sales objectives; to assess and monitor field activity and work schedules; to monitor and manage field reporting by Sales Representatives, including call reporting.Assist with the planning and delivery of training and periodic sales meetingsReview and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with expense policiesMonitor compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense BudgetsSuccessfully completes all assigned training for the Representative role as well as dedicates the necessary time to both retain and build the on foundational product and clinical trainingPosition Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required3+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device experience required; completion of leadership development program or similar preferred; management experience strongly preferred2+ years of pharmaceutical sales leadership highly preferredOTC prior sales experience highly desiredDocumented sales successProven leadership qualities and displayed abilityPossess the ability to determine and set team directionAble to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsMust be energetic, enthusiastic, determined a goal-orientedExcels in a fast-paced, competitive environmentProficient technical aptitude with computer technology and devices (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM experience, iPad, apps, etc.)#CI-LES

The potential base pay range for this role is 115,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
