Order processing of all transaction type orders and order confirmations to customers.Order Backlog ManagementProactive order monitoring and keeping customers updated with regular information pertainingto orders and shipmentsPreparation and organization of any kind of necessary license and registration documents to have the orders releasedFollow up of the transport phases from the system and also with the local agencies of the carriers and keeping the customers updatedFollow up of the documentation and managing the corrections if neededPosting of the docs to the customer or to the bank as per the payment termProcess Non-Conformances (NCM) as agreed with the related Sales DepartmentsRegular information exchange with Sales DepartmentsFiles all relevant documents

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualificationMin. 1 years of professional experience in Logistics, Supply ChainStrong communication and interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Turkish Experience in sap
