**About the Role:**
As a CBRE OTC Supervisor the candidate is responsible for supervising and developing processes for the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Includes activities such as the timely payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers or billing and receiving / posting cash receipts. Reconciles account balances, maintains accurate records and control reports. Provides technical and administrative supervision for accounting personnel responsible for accounts payable or accounts receivable. Supervises a small group or a function within a department.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Overviewing service delivery activities for the assigned team, by using developed tools or creation of the new ones
+ Driving work discipline and productivity targets
+ Participating in the due diligence process for escalation
+ Managing effective work plans, backup structure, cross training of the team members
+ Supporting employees and stakeholders with operational knowledge, providing guidelines and supporting queries resolution.
+ Keeping up to date revision of operational trackers (access, exceptions, SPOCs, KPIs etc)
+ Sharing feedbacks (both positive and constructive) to direct employees
+ Managing holiday and bank holiday planning
+ Driving service excellence by high communication standards
+ Seeking operational improvements
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree with 6-7 years of relevant experience in finance area
+ Documented 1-2 years of team or process management experience
+ Organizational skills with strong high discipline
+ Understanding of SLA/KPI report
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience in building relationships
+ Good knowledge on MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
+ Task oriented and self-motivated, with ability to prioritize issues
