We are affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital (http://bakersfieldmemorial.org/) and Mercy Hospitals (http://dignityhealth.org/mercy-bakersfield) and aligned with one of the largest health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California. **Practice Highlights:** + Join experienced ENT in Group + Full scope practice: outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center and hospital consults + Focus on adult cases with some pediatric cases + Emphasizes high quality of care over quantity + Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow + Collegial work environment + Opportunity to precept medical students **Available Resources:** + Mentorship + RN Triage during after hours and weekends + Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community **Compensation/Benefits Include:** + Salary: $475,000 - $500,000/year + Excellent earning potential including a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus + Generous sign on bonus and relocation assistance + Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance=This is also an H1B visa opportunity, requiring candidates who are cap exempt.
