\nPosition: OTR Commercial Tire Technician

\nWe’re looking for a skilled and dependable technician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in OTR tire service. This is a full-time position focused on servicing and maintaining off-the-road (OTR) commercial tires using a boom truck.\n\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\n\n\n\t3+ years’ experience operating an OTR boom truck\n\tExperience working with small, large, and industrial OTR tires\n\tTIA and ETS certifications are a plus\n\tValid CDL Class A or B driver’s license\n\tClean MVR, DOT physical, and CDL drug screen\n\tNo DWI convictions in the last 4 years\n\tNo more than one moving violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years\n\tHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\tStrong problem-solving and diagnostic skills\n\tAble to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\tFamiliarity with tire tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, hoists, and jacking equipment\n\n\n\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n\n\tPerform on-site and roadside commercial tire service\n\tSafely operate OTR boom truck and equipment\n\tIdentify and obtain necessary parts and tools for repairs\n\tRespond to service calls promptly and professionally\n\tCommunicate clearly with dispatch and customers\n\tBe available for on-call service and occasional night/weekend work\n\tMaintain a professional, safety-first attitude at all times\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n\n\tCompetitive compensation based on experience\n\tPaid holidays, vacation, and personal time\n\tMedical, dental, and vision coverage\n\tWellness program with incentives\n\tCompany-paid life and short-term disability insurance\n\t401(k) with company match\n\tCareer advancement opportunities\n\tSupportive team environment\n\n\n\n\nStart Your Career With Us Today!
