OTR Specialist – Imaging

The Order to Remittance Specialist is responsible for ensuring first class OTR processes and execution in order entry and distribution systems, providing strong business partnership with the Commercial team and responsible for coordinating all logistics & supply chain activities (warehouse, inventory, customer shipments imports and export.

​Essential Responsibilities

Ensure high quality OTR processes (Order Entry, technical order classification, and financial order classification, order management, delivery to channel partner or end customer and invoicing)Support sourcing and replenishment activities for customer orders fulfilmentInterface with all internal and external customers (Sales, Services, Marketing, OPSI, HPM, Finance, Logistic, Manufacturing & Supply chain, Supplier, Freight forwarder, custom broker) to assure on time and high-quality order fulfilmentLiaise with internal and external customers on all topics related to order management.Follow up closely with factories on all backlogsCoordinate shipments with Logistic & forwarderCoordinate with commercial, HPM and Logistic on Delivery PlanManage customer inquiry related to shipment details and other documentsManage credit and returns as per company policyWork within compliance requirements and in line with the documented quality systems and report any anomaliesEnsure files of customer records, quotations and internal/external purchase orders are kept up to date in GE box folderDrive and maintain accuracy of KPI hygiene such as Backlog Key Date management, On Time delivery, clean order whenever it’s applicable, Meet inventory optimization KPI

Qualifications/Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics-related fieldA minimum of 3 years order management experience in Healthcare industry and/ or Logistic import /export operations experienceExperience working in a complex supply chain environmentSolid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organizationProven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitmentsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environmentExcellent interpersonal skillsGood experience with Microsoft Office applications and excel for data analysis.Oracle system knowledge baseExcellent in English writing / speakingHigh motivated & Team player mindset
