To be successful as an OpenText developer you should have experience with:
• Experience in Open Text Exstream product – latest version 16, 23 and should have worked with version 8 and 9 of design manager.
• Should have worked with AFP, PDF, HTML output formats. Should have worked on Command Center and Delivery Manager technology.
• Should have worked with XML, delimited file format, print file formats and other input and output file formats.
• Should have worked on designing complex letters and statements and worked on creating applications for processing millions of customer correspondence.
• Should be focussed on automation and working on new POCs
• Hands on experience with Unix Shell Scripting
• Hands on experience on Empower product.

Conceptualisation, design and implementation of user-centric digital banking products and experiences, ensuring alignment with customer needs, industry best practices and business objectives. Monitoring impact of design post launch through relevant CX metrics. .Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, business analysts to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences. Efficiently communicate design rationale and advocate for user-centred design principles.
