What we do at AMGEN matters in people’s lives. **OUS Content Strategy Global Marketing Senior Manager - Agency** LIVE What you will do As Global Marketing Senior Manager: Agency Engagement, you will play a crucial role in expanding and implementing our Agency Engagement Program in O-US. Your responsibilities will include developing and evolving program model principles, fostering collaboration between marketing and agency teams, and coordinating with our production partners/GSC Country Leads for effective global and local applications. You will manage our Agency Program within the Content Strategy ecosystem, focusing on accelerating brand/creative agency partnerships through centralized management to ensure consistency, sustainability, and the best impact for our brands and business units. You will oversee program governance of our primary creative partners, mid-tier, and boutique agencies, while strategically identifying and cultivating key cross-functional relationships to enhance our guided buying model. With program expansion to O-US and Horizon integration, the senior manager will lead the Agency Engagement program's execution for our creative agencies, print, and fulfillment. You will prioritize and work within the organization to identify additional categories for program expansion, supporting consistency, governance, and resource utilization. You will also optimize agency performance and program optics, including performance reporting, productivity, and adherence. Additionally, you will enhance program education for internal marketers and external agency partners to effectively extend the principles of agency management. Success in this role will be achieved through close collaboration with Content Strategy Teams, GSS, Regulatory, Marketing Brand Teams, and our Agency Partners. You will continuously evolve our ways of working, anticipate brand requirements, and deliver solutions for significant impact. ​ **Responsibilities:** **Strategy** + Drive best-in-class Agency Engagement Program and principles with business partners to support brand strategies and requirements. + Evolve appropriate supplier cohort to maximize Fit for Purpose model and support Global plus Local strategy. + Manage collaboration between the marketing teams, the creative agencies, and our production partner/GSC for effective global and local applications. + Effectively lead change management as defined by leadership, including communication pull through, training, engagement plans, and measurement aligned to reinforce adoption and adherence. + Partner with business stakeholders to ensure creative agency alignment to business strategy. **Operations** + Delivery on productivity targets, operational efficiency and program expansion. + Reinforce value proposition of our current centralized agency management tools for:- Performance measurement and feedback- Agency SOW management and benchmarking **Talent Development** + Lead team of motivated members, strong talent base, implement personal development plans and training that support business objectives. + Extend principles of diversity, inclusion and belonging **WIN** **What we expect of you** + **Proactivity and growth mindset** to continuously improve services, capabilities and program both US and within the ELMAC and JAPAC regions.
