Duties and Responsibilities:

Setting up individual meeting appointments, whether face-to-face, teleconferencing, virtual, or hybrid, involving Wellness PRO personnel from departments such as Marketing, Sales, or others, as well as external 3rd parties or groups (e.g., customers and clients). Updating and maintaining databases across different departments, including contact information, transaction records, and more. Conducting phone surveys as required. Making outbound calls for specific marketing campaign programs and activities. Providing outbound call support on a shared service basis to other departments, based on approved requests. Assisting with other assigned tasks as needed.
