Are you passionate about optimizing supply chains and ensuring seamless logistics operations? Syngenta is seeking a talented and motivated Outbound Coordinator to join our team in France or The Netherlands!

The challenge

As an Outbound Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our logistics flows across the EAME region. You'll ensure timely deliveries, coordinate with various stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in our logistics processes. Your main responsibilities include:

Oversee daily delivery follow-ups from factories to partnersManage stock transfers between European tollersCoordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teamsTrack shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholdersHandle export documentation and customs processesMonitor service levels and manage escalationsAnalyze shipping data to drive continuous improvement and cost reductionProcess orders in SAP and book transportParticipate in operational meetings with freight forwarders

Proficiency in Incoterms and international transport logisticsProven experience in logistics or shipping rolesStrong communication abilities in English and FrenchStrong communication and customer focusExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience with SAP and Microsoft OfficeAbility to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
