Outbound Growth SDR - on-site

In this role, you will be approaching existing merchants over the phone, to up-sell other products from SumUp’s ecosystem. 

What you’ll be doing: 

Contacting merchants and identifying opportunities to leverage multiple SumUp products Maintaining accurate records of interactions, update prospect information and track outreach efforts in the CRM system Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs and providing exceptional customer service Drive strategies and initiatives to maximize the revenue generated from each customer Collaborate on efforts to expand user engagement and adoption across SumUp’s ecosystem 

You’ll be great for this role if you have: 

At least 6 months experience in a cold call based role  Previous experience as an SDR a plus  Team First approach Excellent communication skills  Strong target achievement orientation
